The HAlMan consortium meeting recently took place at our partner institution, Max-Planck-Institut für Eisenforschung (MPIE), in Düsseldorf, Germany. The two-day event proved to be highly productive and inspiring for all participants.
Throughout the meeting, several interactive workshops were held, providing a platform for consortium partners to share their achievements and progress within the project. These sessions encouraged lively discussions and the exchange of ideas, helping partners identify the most effective ways to collaborate and advance towards the project’s main goals and milestones.
A highlight of the meeting was the facility tour organised by the MPIE team, offering participants a closer look at the institute’s cutting-edge research infrastructure and ongoing scientific work.
As the project approaches its final phase, with completion planned for the end of 2026, partners also focused on exploitation strategies and planning the next key steps to ensure the successful finalisation of the project.
On behalf of the entire HAlMan consortium, we extend our heartfelt thanks to the Max-Planck-Institut für Eisenforschung team for their warm hospitality and excellent organisation of this meeting.
